Booking a Treatment with us is simple with our online booking system. Please read through our scheduling guidelines below.

Please see the information regarding your appointment and then proceed to the button link below to make your appointment. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the appointment is approved, as all appointments shown available online may not be guaranteed. We can’t wait to help you get your gut health back on track and feel better than ever.
We do not want to charge you cancellation fees but we do want you to make appointments you can keep so our business can run smoothly. When we have no shows and last minute cancellations, we are out the costs of the therapist’s time, what would have been a fully paid spot and clients in need miss out on appointments. As we are fully booked most days it’s important to us that you realize that our time is limited and valuable just as we know yours is.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment due to the limited amount of people we can accommodate in the client lounge with the current Covid situation. If it is your first visit with us, there will be plenty of time to fill out your New Client form.
If our door is locked it means we are still in session, please wait outside in the salon area to maintain privacy.
Once you have booked your appointment, a confirmation will be sent to your email address and texted to your phone as the information you have provided to us. Please ensure you enter your details carefully and correctly. A reminder email and text will also be sent 48 hours before your appointment. At that time you will be requested to confirm your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will receive a follow up call.
A credit card must be entered to ensure your booking. All appointments are PREPAID.
There will be NO REFUNDS once your appointment is paid. There are NO REFUNDS for packages or product purchases. You may not return any products that have been opened.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment this will result in an appointment forfeit on that day. You may reschedule but your appointment payment will not be refunded.
As your appointment is held exclusively for you and you have prepaid for this time, please understand our cancellation policy as follows: A NO SHOW is regarded as an appointment where you completely miss your appointment without any notification. If you reschedule or cancel an appointment with LESS than 24 hours, then you will be charged a $50 fee in which the balance of your appointment will be refunded if you do not decide to reschedule. If you are using a package, one of your sessions will be forfeited from your package if you do not pay a cancellation fee.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
To cancel an appointment, please do so online through your customer portal (please keep in mind a cancel is only allowed up to 24 hours in advance). You may also CALL/TEXT our office number at 619-806-4445. Please DO NOT try and contact me via social media regarding appointments changes as I cannot guarantee these channels are checked regularly to monitor bookings. If you send us a message via facebook or instagram within that time frame and get no response, your appointment has not been cancelled. Please follow up with the correct channels of communication through our office phone number. If no one answers the phone PLEASE leave a message regarding your appointment changes and I will follow up with you within 6-12 hours.
Group Bookings – if you would like to make a booking with a friend or partner, we can offer you appointments back to back. You will need to book the first appointment first and then if the spot is available the following time will open up. Also please call us if you are unsure of the availability. As we only have one treatment room, sessions will be booked back to back.
Parking in Coronado is very affordable. It’s $0.25 an hour. However this is a resort/tourist town and gets very busy so please take in to consideration time involved to find parking. Make sure you choose a meter with more than 30 minutes. The 30 minute meters are located across our street so make sure you park on “B” Ave or on the side of Ynez where our building stands.
Due to COVID 19 situation, please wear a mask to your treatment, if you forget, that’s ok. I do have extra masks in my office to accommodate you.
